Investor VIP Membership Agreement

This Investor VIP Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Up to Code Plumbing ("Company"), located at 920 N Tyler Road STE 304 #423, Wichita, Kansas 67212, and the undersigned customer ("Member") for the purpose of enrolling the Member in the Investor VIP Membership program.

1. Membership Benefits

​

For a monthly fee of $99, the Member will receive:

-A 10% discount on all plumbing services performed by Up to Code Plumbing, up to a maximum discount of $200 per job.
-Discounts apply to labor and materials for services completed during the active membership term, except for jobs (e.g., hot water tank installations) where the cost of parts exceeds the cost of labor, in which case the 10% discount applies only to the labor portion of the job.
-If an estimate is provided during the active membership period and the job is scheduled within 30 days of the estimate, the 10% discount (subject to the above conditions and $200 maximum) will apply to the job, even if the membership is canceled or expired before the job is completed.

 

2. Membership Term and Payment

-The membership is billed at $99 per month, automatically charged to the Member’s provided payment method.
The membership is ongoing until canceled by either party.
-Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.

 

3. Service Limitations

​

-Availability: Up to Code Plumbing will make reasonable efforts to respond to service requests. However, due to scheduling and demand, the Company cannot guarantee immediate service for every call.
-Rescheduling: Extensive or complex jobs may require rescheduling to a different day to ensure quality and proper completion. The Company will communicate any scheduling needs promptly.
-Discounts do not apply to services performed outside the active membership term or to non-plumbing-related work, except as specified in Section 1.

 

4. Member Acknowledgments

By enrolling in the Investor VIP Membership, the Member acknowledges and agrees:

-Service availability is subject to the Company’s workload and scheduling constraints.
-Extensive jobs may be rescheduled at the Company’s discretion to ensure quality service.
-The 10% discount is limited to $200 per job and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
-The membership does not void or alter the length of any guarantees or warranties provided by Up to Code Plumbing for services performed.
-The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the membership program with 30 days’ notice to the Member.

 

5. Termination

​

-The Member may cancel the membership at any time by providing written notice to Up to Code Plumbing via email or mail to the Company’s contact information below. No refunds will be issued for any membership fees paid.
-The Company may terminate the membership for non-payment or violation of terms, with notice to the Member.
