Water Line & Leak Repair in Wichita, KS
Water leaks are easy to miss until they show up as a stain on the ceiling, a soft spot in the floor, or a water bill that suddenly jumps. At Up to Code Plumbing, we track down leaks and repair water lines for homes and businesses in Wichita and the surrounding area. We fix the real problem instead of just patching what you can see.
Common Signs of a Leak
-
A higher water bill with no change in how much water you use
-
Water stains, bubbling paint, or a musty smell
-
The sound of water running when everything is turned off
-
Low water pressure throughout the house
-
Wet or soggy spots in the yard along the water line
Leak Repair Inside the Home
Leaks inside the house can come from supply lines, fittings, valves, or pipes behind walls and under floors. We find where the water is coming from, explain what failed, and make a solid repair. If a section of old piping keeps causing trouble, we'll tell you whether it makes sense to replace that section.
Main Water Line Repair
The main water line brings water from the meter into your home or building. When it leaks or breaks, you may notice low pressure, wet ground, or water where it shouldn't be. We repair and replace water lines so your water supply is dependable again.
Shut-Off Valves Matter
Do you know where your main shut-off valve is, and does it actually work? Many people only find out when they need it. We can check it, and replace it if it's stuck or worn out, so you can shut off the water if a leak ever happens.

Leak Repair FAQ
What should I do if I find a leak?
If you can, turn off the water at the nearest fixture valve or at the main shut-off. That limits the damage. Then call or text us and we'll get you on the schedule.
Can a small drip really cause much damage?
Yes. A slow leak inside a wall or under a floor can lead to rot, mold, and costly repairs over time. Small leaks are worth fixing before they grow.
Do you repair water lines for businesses too?
Yes. We do both residential and commercial plumbing, including leak and water line repairs.
